01 · ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?+
We offer two boarding options:

Priority Boarding — €18, delivered in 1–2 business days. Free on orders above €350.
Economy — Free, delivered in 5–7 business days.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has departed.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. GATE ships to all EU countries and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply outside the EU and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Once your boarding pass is confirmed, orders enter fulfilment immediately. Changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us at info@gate.fashion as soon as possible.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?+
First, check your tracking number (sent by email). If your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days, contact us at info@gate.fashion with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
02 · RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and limited releases marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?+
Email info@gate.fashion with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Can I exchange for a different size?+
Due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee exchanges. We recommend returning your item for a full refund and placing a new order for the correct size. If you'd like us to check availability before you return, email us first.

How does GATE sizing run?+
GATE garments are sized to European standards. Most pieces run true to size with a considered, relaxed fit. Where a more tailored or oversized silhouette is intended, this is noted on the product page. Consult our Size Guide for specific measurements.
Where are GATE products made?+
All fabrics are sourced from specialist mills in Japan, Italy and Portugal. Garments are cut and finished in Amsterdam and Portugal. We work exclusively with certified production partners. Full material and origin details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my GATE garments?+
Care instructions vary by garment and are printed on the internal label. General guidance: machine wash cold (30°C), tumble dry low, iron on reverse, do not bleach. For wool and shell pieces, dry clean only. Refer to the care label for specifics.
04 · DROPS & AVAILABILITY
What is a GATE Drop?+
GATE operates in drops — discrete seasonal releases each named after a city terminal (AMS, DXB, CAI, DOH, ORY). Each drop is a complete capsule with limited units per style. Once a drop sells out, styles are not restocked. The Departures Board on the homepage shows current and upcoming drops.
How do I get early access?+
Sign up to the Priority Boarding List via the homepage. Priority members receive access 24 hours before public boarding opens, along with drop previews and first-look editorial content.
Will sold-out items come back?+
No. Each drop is intentionally limited. Sold-out items are not restocked. Future drops will introduce new styles and colourways. Follow the Departures Board for upcoming gate openings.
