Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends ship the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has departed. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Priority Boarding shipping is automatically free on all orders above €350. The discount is applied at checkout.
GATE ships to all EU countries and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. GATE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered — with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and items that show signs of wear, wash, or alteration.
Email info@gate.fashion with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@gate.fashion with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
